Private Rental Rates

(Includes $35/hour private security fee for all rental hours)

Maximum capacity - 125 people
$235 per hour (6 hour minimum) 

Saturday Rental Rate (Low Season)

 October 15 through April 14
* Please call for a consultation regarding maximum capacity for all winter season events *
$185 per hour (6 hour minimum)

 

Rental Requirements 

 

Reservations will be accepted 1 year in advance to the date of the event or less.
All fees, insurance forms, and confirmed hours of rental must
be submitted no later than 45 days prior to the event.

Rental hours must include set-up and clean-up time.
(Please allow approximately 1.5 - 2 hrs)
 

Refundable deposit required.
The City of San Rafael requires an upfront, $500 refundable deposit, in order to confirm your reservation.
This deposit is refundable for any reason up until 45 days prior to your event.

Insurance required.
The City of San Rafael requires liability insurance for all events at Falkirk.
You may purchase insurance from us or you may provide your own proof of insurance.

Security fee required for events over 50 attendees.
For weddings and outdoor events year-round,
a $35/hr Security Officer fee is required to ensure privacy for you and your guests.

All rentals include changing room, use of grounds, and public parking.
Your rental also includes 100 chairs and 13 banquet tables at no additional charge.
